Health and Safety: We will be in constant supervision by adults and if anything were to go wrong we will dial 911 immediately.

Props: Toilet paper, deck of cards, sunglasses, cars, mail, cell phones, cups, cleaning supplies,  


Costumes: Casual clothes, ski masks, conspicuous clothing 


Back up Plans: 

 In case our script does not go to plan; we can use one of our old pitches and improvise a new script and storyboard. We have multiple weekends and weekdays after school to get together and study. Also, if needed we can have some of our friends or parents help us film or act. Our blogs gives us an almost fail-proof plan because we know what to do if anything were to go out of plan.

  Research Blog: Music Video Conventions To research our music video, we first watched the music video made by Hoku. The music video had many different cross cuts with scenes from Legally Blonde. There was a split screen of the singer from Hoku and the character Elle from Legally Blonde to show how the two are similar. There are various medium long shots, medium shots, and medium close ups to showcase the singer of Hoku as the stereotypical perfect girl. The setting in which the music video is taking place is constantly changing, from the singer getting her nails done to shopping to walking on the street. A frequent setting shown is all of Hoku in a grassy area to show the band playing. The use of different costume changes, makeup, bright lighting, and props truly establishes this singer to have the perfect life and be the perfect girl. Change of Plans

   After our roles had been switched (which I forgot to clarify in my last blog), plans to film had been set in stone for today. Unfortunately, that did not end up happening. This past weekend's weather has been horrendous. It hasn't been this bad in a long time. So today's weather just wasn't ideal for filming. To go over the switching of roles situation, I was originally supposed to play the "dead girl", while Camille was supposed to play the other main best friend along with Kaitlyn. We eventually decided to change the roles, mainly because it would be more convenient. Like I said in the last blog, Camille lives pretty far from Kaitlyn and I. So, It would be really difficult to find ideal times to film, especially since we all usually have activities after school. First shot: This shot is at eye level and is a news broadcast that “Dakota” is reporting Alexandra Delgado is found dead after being missing. The first two titles pop up Second shot: This shot is a medium close up and is the intro of scene two. It shows the broadcast on TV Third shot: This shot is an over the shoulder shot and “Sophie” turns off the TV Fourth shot: This shot is a two shot and a medium shot.
